Meet Mark Roberts

Mark brings an exceptional background of over 35 years of helping manufacturing companies drive explosive growth. As a certified Scaling Up coach he helps manufacturers quickly grow leveraging the voice of their customers.  Mark is a keynote speaker often delivering interactive motivational presentations at company meetings and industry trade events. As the founder of OTB Solutions his team helps business owners create strategic plans to increase revenue, profits, and shareholder value. With a long history of strategic planning, training, coaching, & leading sales teams, the National Association of Sales & Marketing recognized his contributions with The Business Excellence Award. He was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 for his expertise implementing Sales Enablement by Highspot. Mark is also the author of the books Driving Explosive GrowthVoice of Customer, a no smoke and mirrors approach to driving profitable growth and  Branding Backwards and several white papers on sales and sales training. His strategic business development blog No Smoke & Mirrors is ranked 31 in the world for fixing sales problems. A graduate of the Executive MBA program at Kent State University, he also completed a management-development program with Harvard Business School. Mark has a passion for continuous personal improvement and helping his clients drive strategic profitable growth. When he’s not serving customers, he actively volunteers in the community. He and his wife Theresa volunteer at their church and various community charities.
